Terms of Service

 

Welcome to OnSmartLiving. By using our website (https://sg.onsmartliving.com) and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between you ("Customer") and OnSmartLiving ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.

2. Product Listings and Descriptions

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, minor differences may exist due to updates or supplier changes. Images are for illustration purposes.

3. Orders and Payments

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability

  • Prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include GST unless otherwise stated

  • Full payment must be made before an order is processed

  • Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, PayNow, etc.

  • Payment details are encrypted and securely handled by third-party gateways

4. Order Confirmation and Cancellation

You will receive an email confirmation upon placing an order. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Fraud detection or security issues

  • Payment failures

  • Stock unavailability

You may cancel an order before dispatch by contacting customer service. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

5. Delivery and Fulfillment

  • Delivery will be scheduled within 3-4 business days of order processing.
  • Delivery Schedule: Delivery is typically scheduled for weekdays and does not include specific time slots.
  • In-Store Pickup: Customers can choose in-store pickup. The item must be ready for collection, and customers will receive an email notification prior to pick up.
  • Express Delivery: A faster delivery option may be available at an additional cost of $35 for in-stock items only.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns only for the following:

  • Faulty Items: Faulty items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for exchange only.
  • Exchange Policy: Exchanges are only applicable with respective documentation & product condition.
  • Returns for Other Reasons: Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.

Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and original packaging materials.
  • Items with cosmetic damage, misuse, or incomplete packaging will not be accepted for return.

Process:

  • Customers must contact customer service within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return for faulty items. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • After 7 Days: For issues arising after 7 days of delivery, please contact our service centre for assistance.

7. Warranty and Repairs

  • Most products come with a 1-year limited warranty

  • Warranty covers manufacturer defects but not damage due to mishandling and misuse unauthorized modification or installation 

  • We may assist in repair coordination with authorized installers

8. Use of Website and Content

  • You must not misuse our website by hacking, introducing viruses, or attempting to access other user data

  • All content, including product listings, logos, and designs, is the property of OnSmartLiving or licensors

  • You may not reproduce or redistribute content without our permission

9. Customer Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Place fraudulent or speculative orders

  • Create multiple accounts to abuse promotional campaigns

  • Abuse customer support or return policies

  • Install smart devices in ways that violate privacy laws or building codes

10. Promotions and Discounts

Promotions are time-limited and subject to terms:

  • Cannot be combined unless explicitly allowed

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • Promo codes must be entered at checkout to be valid

12. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access to our website or services if:

  • You breach these terms

  • Fraudulent or illegal behavior is suspected

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, internet outages, etc.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

15. Amendments

We may update these terms periodically. The updated version will be published on our website. Continued use implies acceptance.
