1. In-Stock Items:

•  Order Processing: Orders for in-stock items will be processed within 1-2 business days.

2. Delivery:

•  Delivery will be scheduled within 3-4 business days of order processing.

3. Pre-Order:

• Order Lead Time: pre-order lead time is 7-10 business days.
• Delivery: Delivery will be scheduled within 3-4 business days after the item is received in stock. This results in an estimated delivery timeframe of 6-8 business days from the initial order.

4. Delivery Terms & Conditions:

• Delivery Schedule: Delivery is typically scheduled for weekdays and does not include specific time slots.
• In-Store Pickup: Customers can choose in-store pickup. The item must be ready for collection, and customers will receive an email notification prior to pick up.
• Express Delivery: A faster delivery option may be available at an additional cost of $35 for in-stock items only.
